Shipping and Returns
Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation. We do have limited inventory in our store. If the piece is in stock we can ship within 2-3 days, but if we do not have inventory, each piece is individually made and requires a 4-6 week shipping window. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Custom pieces require a 4-6 week shipping window as well once artwork has been approved. Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if it’s in our ability.

Standard Local Delivery
Local orders are hand to hand delivered through Tapuz deliveries and has a flat rate of 50 ILS. We offer free Local shipping on orders over 800 ILS. Prior to delivery, you will receive an SMS and a Tapuz messenger will contact you to schedule a delivery time.
Standard International Delivery
International shipping has a flat rate of $100. We offer free shipping on orders over $500. International orders are shipped via DHL express with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Once we ship your package we will send you an email with a tracking number so you may monitor the status of your package online.
Custom and duty charges
Products shipped outside of Israel may be obligated to charges enforced by local regulation. Therefore the recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and import duties required for the export of their goods.
Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As a result we will be unable to advise or provide any assistance on these processes.

We do not share customers’ credit card information with any third parties or vendors.

Cancellations & Returns
Your satisfaction with Malka Jewelry is our top priority.
You can choose to cancel your order within 48 hours of confirmed order. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 48 hours, we will go forward with production and the return policy will apply.
Returns must be received within 14 business days of receipt of package by our customer and will be refunded as long as the jewelry has not been worn, and are in their original purchased condition.
Upon return of product please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
There will be a 5% cancellation fee for all cancellations and returns. The Cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancelation of a transaction) Regulations, 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law 1981.
In any cases of return for exchange or cancellation of the purchase the shipping cost will not be refunded. The same applies to any insurance and /or tax fees.
All custom style order sales are final.
